Expect clear guidance & layered movement options so you can work at the level that feels right for your body. It’s the perfect way to shake off the week, reconnect with yourself, & step into the weekend feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.

Tuesday Morning 6:30AM - Mandala Carlow

Start your Tuesday strong. This 60-minute early morning Pilates class is designed for busy people who want to move with purpose before the day takes over.

Expect intelligent, full-body strength work, deep core activation, and mindful movement that builds a powerful mind-body connection while improving flexibility.

This is a mixed-level class, with options offered to support a range of experience levels.

You’ll leave feeling energised, focused, & physically prepared to handle everyday life with more ease - no rushing, just a strong start to your day.

Had my first Pilates class with Ellen and really enjoyed it. She talked through every movement which made it super easy to follow and I felt like I learned loads. The whole class was really relaxed and welcoming. Definitely suitable for all levels.

Ellen was so clear in the way she explained the movements and where we should notice the stretch.
She always finishes we a few minutes of relaxation which ends the class nicely.

I am 60-year-old woman that has just tried Pilates for the first time and found that Ellen had a lovely gentle way about her and described each of the moves very clearly… totally enjoy the classes and will be continuing….

Ellen is an excellent instructor, she explained the poses in a clear informative way. The atmosphere in the class was calm and welcoming, Ellen put me at ease immediately and left the floor open to questions or queries at any time. The poses we did she gave various difficulties making me feel never strained or uncomfortable. Really enjoyable experience and will be attending weekly now.
